Bark beetle complexes and conifer mortality in utility corridors
California's statewide Tree Mortality state of emergency, proclaimed October 30, 2015, was terminated March 24, 2026. The beetles outlived it. What still reaches a dead conifer over a conductor is one paragraph of GO 95 Rule 35, and it turns on actual knowledge.
